1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between Best Skyline s.r.o. and customers who use the services offered through this website or enter into a contract for the delivery of products or services. By accessing the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in full.
2. Products and Services
Best Skyline s.r.o. specializes in the design, production, and installation of custom interior furnishings. All services are carried out based on individual agreements or contractual arrangements.
3. Order Process and Contract Formation
Orders can be placed via email, telephone, or in person. A binding contract is created only after written confirmation by Best Skyline s.r.o., specifying the scope, delivery timeline, and price. The company reserves the right to decline any order without giving a reason.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are determined based on individual quotes. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed individually for each project. Late payments may incur interest as stipulated by applicable Czech law.
5. Delivery and Deadlines
Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project and will be agreed upon before order confirmation. Delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for contract termination or claims for damages.
6. Complaints and Warranty
Customers may file a complaint in accordance with our official Complaint Policy. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of handover unless otherwise agreed. Complaints must be submitted in writing, along with documentation of the defect. Natural properties of wood (knots, texture, color variations) are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the contract.
7. Liability
Best Skyline s.r.o. is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or unapproved modifications made by the client or third parties. The company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All designs, visuals, and content on this website are protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or use of any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with the applicable Czech and European data protection regulations. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between Best Skyline s.r.o. and a consumer may be resolved through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid from April 07, 2025. Best Skyline s.r.o. reserves the right to update them at any time without prior notice. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
